Solar savings helps Housing Authority make improvements
Working with the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) and the Green Bank, the Windsor Locks Housing Authority was able to use a no-money down lease to install solar to their roof. The savings have helped them make other improvements for the elderly and disable residents in their property.
