Stephanie Attruia

Associate Manager

Stephanie started with the Green Bank in early 2020. Her current role is carrying out the daily responsibilities and tasks associated with the CT Solar Lease 2 program. This is primarily a customer-focused role, as Stephanie provides service to approximately 1,200 Connecticut residential customers who take advantage of affordable and clean energy by leasing solar equipment through the Connecticut Green Bank.

Prior to the Green Bank, Stephanie worked in the HVAC industry as an office manager assisting customers in making energy efficient upgrades to their home’s heating and cooling systems. She also has experience working in community outreach and workforce development through her position on the Clean Energy Communities program at Eversource. As an undergraduate student, Stephanie worked as an intern for the Institute for Sustainable Energy focusing on campus sustainability.

Stephanie received a BS from Eastern Connecticut State University in Environmental Earth Science and received her Sustainable MBA from Green Mountain College.
