Pasquale (Pat) Ciarleglio

Smart-E Program

Pat has been inspecting for the CT Green Bank since 2016. In his role as an educator in the CT Technical High School System (CTHSS), Pat has supervised the construction of “E-Houses,” which are model houses designed and built by technical high school students and instructors for the purposes of demonstrating just how efficient a house can be. Pat holds master licenses as a solar thermal contractor, plumbing, heating & cooling contractor, in addition to his OSHA Train-the-Trainer certification. He is currently the education consultant for the licensed construction career areas for the CTHSS and oversees the related instruction programs for the apprenticeship program for the State of Connecticut. He attended Central Connecticut State University and holds teaching certification from State Department of Education. In addition, Pat holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a MBA in Management and Organizational Leadership from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven.
