Senior Manager, Clean Transportation

Kevin Moss joined the Connecticut Green Bank in 2024 as the Senior Manager for Clean Transportation. He works across the Innovation and Clean Energy Investment teams to lead the Green Bank’s engagement in the electric vehicle (EV) and EV charging sectors, with a particular focus on supporting the state’s school bus electrification goals.

Kevin initially joined the Green Bank in the summer of 2023 as an Innovation Intern and remained engaged on a contract basis throughout the 2023-2024 academic year. He previously worked as a policy advisor for the Western Governors’ Association (WGA), a bipartisan policy organization in Denver, Colorado. At WGA, he served as the policy staff lead for a host of issues covering agriculture, air quality, broadband infrastructure, energy, EVs, public lands management, and water. He also led a yearlong EV charging policy initiative for Oregon Governor Kate Brown during her term as WGA Chair. His early career experiences include completing a term of service with the Sierra Nevada AmeriCorps Partnership and leading wilderness programs for a host of outdoor education organizations.

Kevin holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in Environmental Science from Colorado College.  He grew up in Washington, DC and resides in New Haven.
