Associate Manager, Contractor Outreach

Julio joined the Connecticut Green Bank in 2024 as an Associate Manager on the Marketing and Outreach team. In this role, he focuses on fostering strong contractor relationships, supporting program implementation, and driving outreach efforts to expand clean energy adoption across the state.

He holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business from the University of Connecticut, where his coursework included econometrics, financial economics, mechanism design, marketing, and operations management. This academic foundation equipped him with analytical and strategic skills critical for data analysis, program development, and implementation.

Before joining the Green Bank, Julio contributed to the Energize Connecticut initiative, collaborating with contractors and utilities and educating homeowners to support decarbonization program delivery and outreach. Earlier in his career, he played a key role in designing and implementing energy efficiency programs for the state of Maine, leveraging his diverse professional experience to deliver impactful solutions.
