Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate at Connecticut Green Bank, Heather plays a pivotal role in advancing the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program, as well as supporting the Solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and solar roof lease programs. With a strong focus on innovative financing solutions, she helps businesses achieve their sustainability goals while enhancing energy efficiency across the state.

Heather holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Bridgeport and is certified as a Building Analyst and Envelope Professional by the Building Performance Institute. She brings extensive experience in energy efficiency, having previously served as Vice President at an energy efficiency contractor. In that role, she successfully implemented and managed initiatives aligned with the Conservation and Load Management (C&LM) program, demonstrating her commitment to driving impactful energy-saving strategies.

As the initial point of contact for business owners interested in improving the sustainability and efficiency of their buildings through clean energy measures, Heather is dedicated to educating commercial energy efficiency contractors on the benefits of using C-PACE and other Green Bank products to expand energy efficiency throughout the state.
