Dave Teodosio has been working in the HVAC industry for more than four decades. He has vast experience with hot water and forced air heating systems, air conditioning, natural gas, oil, sheet metal layout and fabrication, electrical, as well as all other trade-related work. David also holds an S1 Unlimited Contractor license. As a business owner and HVAC professional, Dave has served thousands of satisfied HVAC customers throughout his long career. Due to David’s well-documented career in the HVAC field, he is well-suited to perform third-party inspections for the Smart-E Loan program
