Charles is 30-plus year retiree from a local electric utility company. He is an electrical engineer that held various managerial positions with extensive experience in the electrical design, project management/execution, construction, and implementation of various projects of underground transmission/distribution coupled with overhead distribution systems, and commercial and residential premise needs of varying primary/secondary voltages. He received his Bachelors Degree in Electric Engineering in 1987 from the University of New Haven. He is a six-year US Naval Nuclear veteran where he operated and maintained the nuclear reactor plant and all of its ancillary electrical subsystems on a fast attack submarine.
