Inspection Notification Update
The Green Bank periodically inspects projects financed with Smart-E Loans to ensure that the specified contracted equipment was installed properly, especially regarding safety, integrity, and performance, and to ensure a high and consistent level of workmanship amongst eligible contractors. To provide more transparency, we are updating our notification process when a Smart-E project is selected for a Green Bank inspection, including notifications regarding Corrective Action Required.
Starting Tuesday, February 13th, 2024, Smart-E Contractors will be notified of Green Bank inspections through the NGEN portal, those notifications will be generated by the [email protected] email address, please make sure this email address is added to your Safe Senders list so these important notifications don’t end up in your spam or junk folder. We’ve included screenshots (see below) of what the email notifications will look like for both you as the contractor and for your customers.
