The Green Bank is re-issuing a Request for Information and Registration of Interest (“RFI”) from qualified investor/owners interested in developing, owning, operating, and maintaining solar PV projects to be constructed at State of Connecticut facilities.  Green Bank is re-issuing this RFI that was originally issued in January 2022 given the changes in the market, including increased EPC costs and impact of the Inflation Reduction Act.  Projects are developed as part of the Solar MAP for State Government program. The intent of this RFI is to prequalify investors for a future Request for Proposal.

Important updates to note, for the purposes of this RFI respondents should assume:

• Projects qualify for 30% ITC
• Project over 1MWac will begin construction less than 60 days after IRS issues guidance
• Updated Green Bank terms as outlined in the RFI

Proposers who responded to the first issuance of this RFI may provide an updated response by  simply resubmitting updated pricing form Exhibit A. If proposers did not respond to the previous RFI, please submit a full proposal. Proposals are due no later than 5pm ET on October 27, 2022. Please submit any questions by October 20, 2022.
