Fiona Stewart-Jimenez

Senior Manager, Clean Energy Finance

Fiona is a Senior Manager of Clean Energy Finance at the Connecticut Green Bank.

Having joined the Green Bank in 2012, Fiona initially focused on creating a cloud-based platform for the private capital providers in the Smart-E residential lending program. Currently, Fiona helps manage the operations of the Solar PPA program, which enables state entities, municipalities, nonprofits, and non-investment-grade commercial properties to go solar. She also manages the Green Bank’s REC portfolio and provides key support to the organization’s Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy programs.

Prior to the Green Bank, Fiona worked in marketing for a local Connecticut solar installation company.

She holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and Management and B.S. in Resource Economics with a concentration in Environmental Policy, Economics, and International Development from the University of Connecticut.
