Sara Pyne is an Associate Director of Incentive Programs at the Connecticut Green Bank. Sara focuses on the deployment of solar PV for the Residential Solar Investment Program (RSIP), which is the state’s incentive program that helps reduce the upfront cost of installing solar, making it more affordable and accessible to homeowners across the state. Sara actively contributes to RSIP by approving incentive applications for homeowners in Connecticut and assists with maintaining the Connecticut Green Bank’s solar PV production data monitoring platform. Sara supports efforts in contractor training, consumer protection, and other program initiatives.

Sara has been a part of the solar industry since 2009, previously employed as a Construction Coordinator and later a Project Coordinator at a local Connecticut PV installer, gaining valuable hands-on solar operations experience.

Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Connecticut State University, is OSHA 10 and NABCEP Associate Certified.
