Catherine Duncan

Director of Transaction Management and C-PACE Administration

Catherine Duncan is Director of Transaction Management and C-PACE Administration on the Financing Programs team. Catherine works with property owners, contractors, and municipalities closing, disbursing, billing, and collecting C-PACE transactions. She also keeps dibs on the ZRECs that generate revenue from our PPA assets.

Before joining the Green Bank, Catherine worked in traditional banking. She spent 10 years in commercial banking before leaving to raise a family. Returning to the work force, Catherine worked in financial planning and retail banking. A fascination with sustainable building led her to pursue LEED certification in 2008 and volunteer time to the Connecticut Green Building Council. These experiences prepared Catherine for the opportunity to unite experience and interest in the Loan Administration position at the Green Bank.

Catherine has a B.A. from SUNY Stony Brook. In addition to her LEED certification, she completed Yale’s Financing and Deploying Clean Energy Certificate Program in May 2020.
